Chicken Alfredo

Chicken, Parmesean Cheese, Butter, Heavy Cream, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, parsley,

    Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite size chuncks about 1 inch lightly coat with cornstarch
  2. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a already heated pan and place chicken in browning on both sides about 6 minutes
  3. Remove Chicken from heat and set aside
  4. Add 1 stick of butter and garic to pan cook for 5 minutes or until the garlic becomes aromatic.
  5. Add 2 cups parmesean cheese and mix until melted
  6. Add 1 cup of heavy cream slowly while whisking mixture
  7. add chicken back to pan and serve over your choice of noodle
